Tribel was founded in 2019 by current CEO Jayson Walker, and has since grown into an integrated financial services firm enabling financial wellness across accounting, financial advice and mortgage broking. Jayson’s vision for Tribel is based on decades of global research that has repeatedly shown that financial wellbeing is able to significantly enhance physical, social and emotional wellbeing.
Jayson has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry holding roles across banking, financial advice and insurance bringing his leadership skills to enable the Tribe to thrive as the firm strives to deliver holistic financial wellness to its clients.
Peter Scolari, Director
Peter Scolari CA, GAICD, is a founding partner of Tribel Accountants and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors CDC course. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Sydney and Dublin, he co-founded his practice in 1994 to follow his passion and mantra to ‘challenge business owners to set and achieve their goals in the smartest way’.
Peter believes Tribel Accountants is proactive, bold, innovative and guaranteed to offer the best service to all clients. Peter has extensive experience for those wanting to buy or sell a business and business and shareholder valuations. In addition, he provides clients with growth strategies, cash flow and profit improvement, taxation and structure advice.
Phil Comerford, Director
Phil Comerford FCA is a founding partner of Tribel Accountants. As a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent, Phil can assist you with all areas of business compliance, cash flow and profit forecasts, taxation advice, and various business strategies regarding growth and success.
Phil can also advise businesses regarding succession planning, business broking (sales), staff evaluation, and business coaching. Phil’s passion is helping business owners achieve their business, financial and lifestyle goals.
Jonathan Hamber, COO
As Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan Hamber brings over 20 years’ experience across operational and technology leadership roles within the financial services industry. Jonathan’s career spans organisations from high growth startups to global banks, providing a deep understanding of scalable operations, risk, and technology enabled transformation.
In his current role, Jonathan is focused on driving operational excellence and embedding technology solutions across the business to enable Tribel’s accountants, financial advisers, and mortgage brokers to better support clients.
